Redrafting of agreement between EOSCA and the KPD Centre/ Add Novatech regarding registration of chemicals used in Norway within the NEMS database.

 

Use of chemicals for fracturing shale gas wells.

 

Potential impact on oilfield chemicals if OSPAR Risk Based Approach for the Assessment of Produced Water goes ahead.

 

Protecting the confidentiality of ecotox data generated by chemical suppliers whilst still fulfilling the obligations for safe use and discharge of chemicals to the sea.

 

Carriage of oilfield chemicals in ship board tanks to offshore installations.

The Association employs Briar Technical Services Ltd. to carry out the Executive Secretary function to cover Association business in regular cross industry /government meetings, act as a first point of contact to members, regulatory bodies and greater industry.
