Ian Still (EOSCA Chairman) presented to delegates from the Nigerian Department of Petroleum Regulation (DPR) about EOSCA and, the importance and value of trade associations in collaboration in the regulation of the oilfeield chemicals industry.  This was a week-long training programme organised by Nik Robinson (NIKAM Consulting) focusing on better regulation of the environmental impact of oilfield chemical.
